The German midfielder accused Juve's hierarchy of changing their stance on his role with the club in the recently started season.

Emre Can was one of three stellar players left out of Juve's UEFA Champions League squad, and the German ace did not hold back when discussing this issue earlier today.

The former Liverpool man shared how he found out he was not going to be in the 25-men roster that will play the Group Stage of the competition, pinning all the blame on coach Maurizio Sarri.

"I am really mad. I had a chat with the team last week and they told me the exact opposite thing. Yesterday, I got a call from (coach) Sarri who, in less than one minute, told me I had been left out of the squad. Juventus have not been honest with me," Can said.

The German footballer added that he snubbed offers to leave Juventus since the Italian side had promised to include him in the Champions League roster.

"PSG was one of them, but I decided to stay at Juventus. The main condition for me was that they included me in the Champions League,"Can added.

Following his snub, the footballer has hinted that these could be his final months as a Juventus' player.

"If I had known they were going to pull this off, I would have left Juventus. I'm enraged and disappointed by this situation. I want to play in the UEFA Champions League," Can concluded.

Mario Mandzukic and captain Giorgio Chiellini were also left out of the squad, but neither one of them has commented on Sarri's decision. Chiellini has been ruled out for several months due to a knee injury, while Mandzukic has fallen down the pecking order behind Gonzalo Higuaín and Paulo Dybala.
