Los Blaugranas will have to find another transfer target after being snubbed by the Bundesliga footballer.

Barcelona's first option to replace Luis Suárez on a long-term basis has respectfully declined the offer to join them.

In an interview with Bild, the player's dad/agent, Milan Jovic, detailed that his son is not interested in making a move to La Liga. The reason? Jovic believes that he will be subject to the same treatment Kevin-Prince Boateng has endured with Los Blaugranas since joining them during the winter transfer window.

"Luka has many offers. One of those offers came in from Barcelona. Nevertheless, he is not interested in joining them right now. He is not sure about the amount of minutes he will be handed if he joins them, and Luka wants to keep playing in the Bundesliga and help Eintracht's efforts to play in the UEFA Champions League next season," Milan Jovic stated.

The striker has found the back of the net 17 times in Bundesliga games, which place him four goals behind Robert Lewandowski in that department.

The 21-year-old striker has impressed Europe during his second season at Eintracht Frankfurt. The Serbian striker has found the back of the net 25 times in all comps with Die Adler, but he does not seem willing to leave the German side in order to spend more time on the sidelines with Los Blaugranas.
