Inter have signed Japanese left-back Yuto Nagatomo, while Milan have opted for veteran defender Nicola Legrottaglie.
Inter have brought 24-year-old Japanese left-back Yuto Nagatomo on loan from Cesena. Davide Santon goes the other way in exchange, also on loan.

Nagatomo is fresh from winning the Asian Cup with Japan, and he has had an impressive season in Serie A.

Meanwhile, Inter's cross-city rivals Milan have bought defender Nicola Legrottaglie from Juventus on a five month deal. The 34-year-old defender will mainly be used as a back-up option, given the high number of injuries with which Milan are dealing.

Legrottaglie will play in the center of defence for Milan.
