The Spanish striker fell down Conte's pecking order and seems determined to make a move back to Italy.

Alvaro Morata's time at Stamford Bridge is nearing its end, despite the Blues alleged decision to replace Antonio Conte at the helm.

Morata has apparently decided he will not contnue playing in the English Premier League, following an abysmal debut season with Chelsea. The striker is keen on returning to Serie A, where he enjoyed a couple of successful seasons at Juventus, and he's taken the proper steps to assure his return to the Italian top flight.

Earlier today, Morata was spotted having a meeting with Juventus' director, Fabio Paratici, in a well-known restaurant in downtown Milan.

Morata's move to Juventus would be pushed through if La Vecchia Signora parts ways with either Gonzalo Higuaín or Mari Mandzukic. Furthermore, AC Milan has also inquired about the player, but their pending ban due to their breach of UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules might force them to stop their attempts to sign the striker.
