However, Les Parisiens fans have one big reason to be skeptical about the Brazilian's words.

The rumors surrounding Neymar and his PSG future continue to dominate the headlines. The Brazilian is constantly being linked with a move to Real Madrid which, on paper, should enhance his chances of winning the Ballon d’Or.

The player, however, has not made any public comments about desiring a Bernabeu switch. Clues have been dropped but on Saturday, the Selecao ace hinted at a Ligue 1 stay instead.

The 26-year-old took to Twitter to post a picture of himself in the new PSG kit, which the club revealed a day earlier.  If seeing the South American star in the club’s shirt for the upcoming season wasn’t convincing enough, he spoke of the pride he feels wearing PSG’s colors.

However, fans should be wary. If this seems all too familiar, it’s because the Brazilian pulled a similar stunt shortly before leaving Camp Nou for Parc des Princes.

Back when his Blaugrana exit was mere rumors, Neymar starred in the Catalan giant’s kit launch for the 2017/18 campaign. Supporters were given hope of a possible Barcelona stay only for the attack to force a world-record move to France.

Only time will tell whether the 26-year-old will stay in Paris this summer or leave for Los Blancos. It should not be forgotten, though, that Zinedine Zidane recently stated that Neymar and Cristiano will find a way to complement each other should the Ligue 1 winner transfer to Madrid.
