Due to his poor performance in the Premier League, the bianconeri are ready to try and lure the Spaniard back to Serie A.

Alvaro Morata's Premier League adventure could come to an end pretty soon, as the Spanish striker is being named as one of Juventus' transfer targets for the upcoming summer.

The former bianconeri and Real Madrid player had a good start of the year at Chelsea, but injuries and a bad relationship with coach Antonio Conte have him already considering to leave the club.

According to a report by Metro, Juventus is already plotting a scenario to have Morata back, but such scheme should be OK'd by Chelsea in the first place.

The English outlet revealed that the bianconeri will propose a loan deal for the first year, with a mandatory buyout clause to be exercised for the 2019-20 season. The current Serie A leaders would pay Chelsea $18M for the first year, and by the end of the first season, the bianconeri would finalize the transfer with a $54M payment.

Juventus may want to speed things up, as AC Milan is also interested in signing the striker. But even so, Morata seems keen on joining the bianconeri once again, as he enjoyed his best moments as a striker over there.
