Los Blancos' coach and captain had no problem to acknowledge what their bitter rivals did well during this season to reclaim the title.

One day after Barcelona claimed their 25th title in history, there was some sort of reaction expected from their bitter rivals. Speaking in today's pre-match press conference, both Zinedine Zidane and Sergio Ramos didn't hold back their praises after Los Blaugranas claimed their second trophy of the season.

Real Madrid's coach stepped up and shared his views on the title won by their bitter rivals, praising their consistency throughout the season.

"When it comes to La Liga, they are obviously the dominant team. They deserved to win the title and we have to congratulate them. Nothing we can say will take away any value to what they did, and we should just focus on our own thing tomorrow," Zidane stated.

Next up, Sergio Ramos replied to a similar question, and his answer showed how their rivals should feel after winning two titles.

"Barcelona won two trophies and it's a great year for them, it takes a lot to win two titles, even more when you win the Cup and La Liga," Ramos added.

No guard of honor by Real Madrid in next weekend's Clásico

Despite their congratulatory messages, Sergio Ramos revealed that there will be no guard of honor for Barcelona when both teams meet in Sunday's Clásico.

The Spanish center back referred to a previous statement by Zinedine Zidane to ellaborate on why Los Blancos won't pay their respects to their bitter rival.

"Zizou preached to the choir. There's too much talk about the guard of honor, and it's as irrelevant to them as it is to us. We'd already stated that we wouldn't do it, and now we have to focus on winning a ticket to play the UEFA Champions League final," Ramos revealed.
