Los Blancos could overhaul their squad, but some have done enough to earn Perez's trust.

Real Madrid’s current squad may have conquered both Spain and Europe, but the Champions League holders are set to sell a few players. On the other hand, several other members will be offered contract extensions.

According to Marca, the first piece of business for Florentino Perez will be to tie down Zinedine Zidane with a new deal. The manager has proven successful since taking over from Rafael Benitez, winning La Liga and two Champions League.

Perez, who is seeking a fifth term as club president, has discussed and agreed terms on a new deal with Zizou. Once the Frenchman puts pen to paper, he will be under contract until 2020.

Sergio Ramos will also sign an extension with Los Blancos. The captain will be offered a new deal which will run until June 30, 2021.

Although Alvaro Morata is likely to leave for more playing team, Isco – his fellow B-team buddy – has won over Zidane to merit an extension. The midfielder took advantage of Bale’s injury-ravaged season to play a pivotal role in winning the double.

Three players set to leave the Bernabeu this summer are James Rodriguez, Pepe and Mariano. The Colombian sensation wants out, but Los Blancos won’t sanction his sale for anything less than 75 million euros.

Pepe, who was once Ramos’ trusted partner, fell down the pecking order under Zidane. Upset by being snubbed, he has bid his farewell and will be looking for a new employer over the summer.

Possible signings include Kylian Mbappe and David De Gea. Neither moves are assured, but Real Madrid could go all out for the Frenchman and Spaniard should they sell enough deadwood.
