Zidane's bet of saving some of his best players for last ended up paying off, as Dani Carvajal scored a wonderful solo goal to give Real Madrid it's third-ever UEFA Super Cup title.
The Spanish defender stole the ball from Yehven Konoplyanka as time expired, dribbled past a couple of players and sent the ball into the top right hand corner with a stylish finish, giving Zidane his second trophy as Real Madrid's boss.

Los Blancos' right back, who had to be subbed off due to an injury in the UEFA Champions League final, also secured his place in the team's history.
