The yellow-and-black captain told the club he wants to leave and join Bayern Munich next season, something that didn't go down well with the team's supporters.

With club loyalty becoming something strange to witness these days, Mats Hummels' desire to leave Borussia Dortmund didn't go down well among the yellow-and-black supporters, known to be some of the most loyal fans in football. Today, the South stands of Signal Iduna Park, known to be the most radical supporters for Dortmund, showed a message aimed at the center back.

"The team's captain wants to abandon the ship? The sooner, the better!" That was the message Dortmund's supporters had for their captain, who voiced his desire to join bitter rivals Bayern Munich next summer.

Here's another look at what the Südtribune looked like while blasting Hummels.

If that wasn't enough, when the team's lineup was being announced, Hummels' name was booed by most supporters inside the stadium.

The game ended with a 5-1 win for Borussia Dortmund, which keeps their title chances alive thanks to Bayern Munich's draw against Borussia Mönchengladbach.
