The Italian champions believe there's no place for the Uruguayan in their current squad, since they already have quite a good number of strikers.

Edinson Cavani will have to search for other employment opportunities, as one of his potential destinations has been shut down.

During an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, Juventus' exec Giuseppe Marotta dismissed the idea of signing the Uruguayan international. According to Marotta, the 5-time Serie A champions have all the talent they need up front, leaving no place for Cavani.

"At the moment, there's not a chance. We've got some talented lads such as Dybala, Morata and Zaza. Add to the mix an experienced striker such as Mario Mandzukic and that's that. Right now, we're not interested in that possibility," Marotta stated.

The Uruguayan hasn't enjoyed his time with Les Parisiens, where coach Laurent Blanc has given Zlatan Ibrahimovic a more central role.

Speaking about the club's fifth Scudetto in a row, Marotta praised each and everyone of the team's employees, admitting their success on the pitch is fueled by everyone in the organisation.

"We have an extraordinary balance. Our numbers and trophies speak for themselves. But we can't take all the credit, you have to acknowledge the relevance of each one of the 300 employees the team has," Marotta added.
