Tottenham Hotspur fans seem to have one man to blame for their 3-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund in the Europa League.

Tottenham Hotspur fans were an angry lot after their team went down 3-0 in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League last 32 fixture at the Signal Iduna Park in Germany. Manager Mauricio Pochettino chose a relatively new squad to battle it out against the German outfit, but things did not turn out as expected thanks to an opening goal from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the 30th minute, and a brace from Marco Reus in the 61st and 70th minute.

Pochettino’s men now have an uphill task in the return leg of the fixture at the White Hart Lane. They need to overturn the 3-0 deficit by winning by not less than four goals and avoid conceding. With the hopes of advancing to the next round seemingly tarnished, Spurs fans took to social media to express their anger towards their manager for selecting a rather inferior side.
