The Frenchman believes that the North London club have what it takes to gun down the Spanish giants the same way they did against Bayern Munich last October in England. Speaking during a pre-match press conference, he revealed:
“We showed against Bayern Munich a few months ago. Not many people said we could win this game but we showed we can compete with great teams as well.
“Even if you don’t watch Barcelona, someone will tell you about them because of what they do every weekend. Everyone will know about Barcelona, every player and everything they do. This month, they have probably been at their best so we will have to be at our best to compete with the opposition they are going to give us.’’
He concluded:
“We are really looking forward to it. Barcelona are probably the best team in the world at the moment. Every player wants to play these types of games.’'
