Corinthians forward Alexandre Pato is reportedly on his way to London ahead of the much-anticipated move to Chelsea, according to Brazilian TV channel SporTV.
The former AC Milan star is expected to spend the rest of the season at the Stamford Bridge on loan, and the Blues will pay his wages, which amount to approximately £30,000 a week, according to Express. However, they will also have the option to sign him permanently if the two parties reach an agreement by tomorrow.

Pato’s agent Gilmar Veloz allegedly told SporTV that the Brazilian superstar will leave Sao Paulo at 11.50pm Brazilian time and arrive in the UK by Wednesday morning to finalize the deal with the Premier League defending champions, who are looking to sharpen their attack after a dissapointing season.

The 29-year-old has scored 15 goals in 33 appearances for the Brazilian outfit this season, according to WhoScored.
