Josep Maria Bartomeu indicated the club will not consider selling Lionel Messi, Neymar or Luis Suárez, despite shocking transfer rumors about them.

There will be no amount of money that will separate the famous Barcelona MSN attack. Team president Josep Maria Bartomeu stepped up and denied claims about the club's financial situation, which would force them to sell one of their attacking gems.

During an interview, Bartomeu referred to shocking media reports about how the club would have to accept a bid to sell Lionel Messi, Neymar or Luis Suárez due to a number of financial difficulties.

"Contrary to what has been published by the British Press, Barcelona will always have the resources to defend themselves against offers from English clubs for Messi, Neymar and Suarez," Bartomeu said.

Barcelona's strikers have been a huge success for the team, scoring a massive 122 goals during the 2014-2015 season, which saw Los Blaugranas win the treble. Despite not having all of them available for different periods of time, neither player has stopped scoring, giving fans around the world thrills in each of the team's performances.

Nevertheless, the Blaugrana boss admitted younger players are constantly tempted by Premier League sides, posing a threat for the team as some of their top performers at "La Masía" (the team's youth academy) choose to leave the team rather than completing their growth process and fight for their place in the 1st team.

“Our opponent is the Premier League, not a specific club but the strength of the Premier League itself. The real problem is that our starlets of 16 years are constantly receiving tempting offers from Premier League clubs. Each year, there are some who leave (to take them),” Bartomeu concluded.

After winning Group E of the UEFA Champions League last Wednesday, Barcelona will play against Deportivo this Saturday. After that game, the team will travel to Japan, where Los Blaugranas make a run for the Club World Cup, a tournament they won back in 2009 and 2011.
