Real Madrid seem to be ready to battle for La Liga, as they won their last pre-season match against Galatasaray. With goals by Nacho and Marcelo, the team led by Rafa Benitez managed to defeat the Turks, even after former Madrid player Wesley Sneijder equalized.
Nacho's header gave Real Madrid the lead, following a corner kick taken by Luka Modric. As the game entered its second half, Galatasaray enjoyed a few chances before Sneijder made it count for the visitors. When the match entered its final ten minutes, Marcelo dribbled past three defenders and scored the game-winning goal, using nothing but his speed and his left foot.
