Carneiro will not be on the bench for the game against Manchester City. The Special One was mad his team only had nine men on the field.

Jose Mourinho is not a manager that can hold back his emotions for good or for bad during games. The Special One was clearly furious when his medical staff rushed the field in the last minutes of the game against Swansea City to aid Eden Hazard. The Portugues manager reportedly yelled "Son of a B***h" as they rushed the field.

That is according to a lip reader of Sportsmail in England claims that Mourinho said those exact same words but in Portuguese. Following the match, Mourinho said that his medical staff needed to be more careful and read the game. At that moment, with Thibaut Courtois already out, pulling Hazard to the side to receive medical attention left Chelsea with only nine men on the field.

As a consequence of Eva Carneiro's actions, the manager has decided to replace her and Dr. Jon Fearn wil not be on the bench for the game against Manchester City. While many doctors around the league and around the world side with what Carneiro and her partner did, Mou is not listening and standing by his word.

"We have disagreements during this period, we need disagreements to improve. We work together. Your question about the bench. For some people it’s important. For others, it’s not... It’s my decision," Mourinho said in a statement.

Carneiro has been working with the first team since 2011. The 41-year-old doctor even thanked supporters on social media for siding with her during this ordeal. While some liked the gesture, others felt she was trying to become a celebrity with the help of this case.

"Dr Jon Fearn and Dr Eva Carneiro will not be on the bench, but doesn’t mean for rest of season. My decision [this weekend] does not mean they won’t be on the bench in the future," Mourinho added in his statement.

WATCH: Mourinho's press conference focused on Carneiro's case instead of upcoming game

As it was expected, football took a backseat in the presser ahead of the game against Manchester City, but that is what Mourinho seems to be focused on. The Special One knows that the game is important despite being so early in the season. He wants the team to improve and get its first win on the road. Not winning could be devastating for the reigning Premier League champions.
