Real Madrid may be struggling to get David de Gea to join them by next season, but they have already clinched having Daniel Carvajal Ramos for the next five seasons. The Spanish right-back made his debut with the first team in 2013 and today secured his spot with the team up until 2020.
Carvajal, 23, has played 61 games in La Liga and scored two goals plus he has tallied five assists. In Champions League games he has appeared in 15 games, most of them were in this past season where Madrid was knocked-out by Juventus in the semi-final.

Today, just a few days before the team leaves to Australia and China for their reports pre-season games, the club released a statetment with the news that Cravajal wanted to hear this whole summer. They will face Roma, Manchester City and Inter Milan as well as AC Milan as part of the International Champions Cup.

"Real Madrid C.F. have announced the contract extension of Dani Carvajal which will keep him at the club until the 30th of June 2020, for the next five seasons," was what the statement read.
Carvajal started playing with Los Merengues in 2002 at their youth-academy. In 2010 he was called-up for the B team and in 2012 he made his professional debut with Bayer Leverkusen. In the Bundesliga he scored one goal in 32 games played. By the end of the season, he returned to the Spanish capital to play for Madrid.
