Sepp Blatter will be the president of FIFA for the next four years. Blatter will continue to reign FIFA after he has done so for 17 years. When everyone was expecting a close election race, Prince Ali Bin-Al Hussein decided to resign from the second round after the Swiss president dominated the first round.

The Congress has begun with Sepp Blatter and Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein addressing those in FIFA's headquarters with their program and final remarks. They both called for unity within the organization that is facing turbulent times.
One by one, each of the 209 voters submitted their decision into the ballots. The future of Fifa lied in their hands, with the outside pressure wanting drastic changes. The order in which they voted was based on the alphabetical order of the English alphabet. Each FIFA member has one vote.
While UEFA is usually anti-Blatter, everyone else usually supports the 79-year-old at all costs. This time, the environment in which the elections were held was a little bit different. On Wednesday, seven FIFA executives were arrested and some of them already extradited to the United States where they will face several charges.
In the first round, the winner needed two-thirds of the votes to win the elections. This time, after the first round Blatter had an advantage but not strong enough to proclaim himself the winner. Blatter had 133

After the second round, all that was needed was more than 50% of the votes and Blatter did not even need them after Prince Ali surprisingly resigned. Ladies and gentlemen, we have four more years of Sepp Blatter in charge of Fifa.
