Camp Nou will host the Copa Del Rey Final as Barcelona face Athletic Bilbao on Satuday, the 30th of May.

The Catalans have won the competition a record 26 times and with their current form it will not come as a surprise if they manage to better their record on Saturday. Luis Enrique's men are chasing a treble having already won La Liga and are due to face Juventus in the Champions League final.

Bilbao on the other will be hoping to win their only silverware of the season in a competition they have won 23 times in their history. Having failed to win a title since 1984 the Basque club will be eager to prove their worth in the Copa Del Rey final.

However they have been paired with a team which has arguably been the best European team this year and getting the better of them will be a momentous of a task. In the 212 matches played between the two sides, Barcelona have won on 103 occasions compared to Bilbao's 74.

However history will not deter their confidence ahead of the match and the Lions will be eager to give the league champions are run for their money. Here are five tactical battles to look out for.

Keeping Messi quiet

To keep the little magician quiet is a himalayan of a task and it will be too demanding to appoint one player to keep Messi at bay. It is important that Ernesto Valverde devises a plan to keep Europe's hottest property at bay for if Messi is allowed to get in his groove he can be quite devastating.

Barcelona's mercurial forward has managed 61 goals and assists in the league this season and has been unstoppable in recent games.

It is a daunting task to restrict his influence in the game but if Bilbao can somehow manage to do that, they can have the upper hand in the game.

Luis Suarez vs Aymeric Laporte

The Uruguayan is expected to return to the side for the big game, something which might not bode well for his opponents. The 28 year old has impressed since his summer move having established a formidable partnership with Messi and Neymar upfront.

Young Aymeric Laporte will be appointed the job to handle the Barcelona hitman. Laporte's impressive performances have made him a target for some of the biggest clubs in the world and the Frenchman will be hoping to live upto the billing by putting an impressive performance against one of the best forwards in the world.

Sergio Busquets v Ander Iturraspe

Both men have been integral to their team's performances, doing the dirty work in the middle of the park while the attackers do the damage. Their work often goes unnoticed but their performances on Saturday will go a long way in deciding who wins the title.

Iturraspe in particular will have a big task on hand to make his mark against some of the best midfield players in the world of football.

Gerard Pique v Aritz Aduriz

Despite his growing age Aduriz is currently in the form of his life having scored 24 goals in all competitions. The 34 year old has been very impressive in recent outings having managed four goals and two assists in just four games.

Pique on the other hand after a few below par seasons has returned to his very best. The former Man United man has been rock solid at the back and will definitely give Aduriz a tough time.

Andres Iniesta vs Mikel San José

San Jose has been one of Bilbao's stand out players this season and will need to continue doing so on Saturday. Apart from his excellent defensive work from the middle of the park, the 25  year old has also pitched in with eight goals and is a very important player for his team.

Andres Iniesta however will be doing whatever he can to make San Jose's life difficult. The 31 year old does not bode impressive stats in terms of goals and assists but has been very influential pulling the strings from the middle of the park. On Saturday he will once again be looking to dominate the midfield while Barca's front three do the damage.
