Sources indicated that Cavani would be set to join the Italian champions if Paul Pogba ends up signing with Les Parisiens this summer.

Edinson Cavani has been constantly linked to a move away from Paris Saint Germain this season, and it seems his chances to say goodbye to the French capital will be closer than ever this week. According to numerous sources, the player's agent will meet with Juventus' representatives in order to reach an agreement that ends with Cavani's return to Italy.

The intention of the player's agent is to reach an agreement with the Bianconeri officers, so he could start negotiating a buyout clause with Paris Saint Germain.

It's been reported earlier that Cavani doesn't like living in Paris, and he wants desperately to move out of a team that doesn't consider him the Number 1 striker. Cavani has been usually playing on the wings, so that Zlatan Ibrahimovic can take the center forward position.

Other sources indicate that Cavani would only move back to play with La Vecchia Signora if a deal with French midfielder Paul Pogba is signed. Pogba has been the subject of many rumors this year, which have linked him to Manchester United, Manchester City, and the French champions.

Apparently, Juventus wants to wait until the end of the season to decide what to do.

Cavani's agent is trying to sign a deal for his client that will guarantee him a wage of 8 million euros per year, with the length of his commitment to the club to be determined.
