The Ivorian also reflected on his time at his former club who he is set to go against for the first time since his winter move.
“I knew at Swansea if you want to get to play for a top-four club I needed to prepare very well do my best and score a lot of goals – that what I did.
Man City have doubts over midfielder Samir Nasri and a late fitness test will determine the Frenchman's inclusion in the squad. Swansea on the other hand will be without the likes of Angel Rangel, Kyle Naughton, Wayne Routledge and Tom Carroll. A victory for the Swans coupled with a defeat for Tottenham will allow Swansea to leapfrog the North London side to seventh place.
