Nasri would be one of the club's possible transfers when the current season ends, after getting angry at Manuel Pellegrini for leaving him out of the squad that faced Leicester on March 4.

The Sky Blues seem to be planning ahead for next season due to their slim chances of getting any silverwear this year. According to The Mirror, Samir Nasri would be the first player to leave the Citizens' discipline as part of the payment to get Paul Pogba from Juventus.

Reports from different sources claim that Nasri, 27, had a fallout with Citizen boss Manuel Pellegrini for leaving him out of the squad that faced Leicester City on March 4th. Furthermore, the former Arsenal midfielder left Etihad Stadium before the game ended, an attitude that wasn't taken lightly by the team's execs. After the reported incident, Nasri has only played 60 minutes for Pellegrini's crew, starting in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League matchup against Barcelona, where he was subbed after 45 minutes. Then, Nasri played during the final minutes of their match against Crystal Palace, failing to make an impact on the pitch.

Nasri has not demonstrated why the Citizens bought him off from Arsenal back in 2011.

With this situation in mind, the Citizens are ready to offer Nasri and Edin Dzeko in a huge player-and-cash bid to sign Juventus and France midfielder Paul Pogba, who is currently recovering from an injury. Pogba has been linked to almost every top club in Europe, with Vecchia Signora's officers stating it would take a record-breaking transfer to see the player move away from Turin.

Pogba has been rumored to be joining Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Manchester United, but his future remains uncertain.

Nasri would be the first of Manchester City's current squad to leave the team, since a variety of rumors place some of their players away from Etihad, including James Milner, Yaya Touré, Stevan Jovetic and Bacary Sagna among others.
