UDN Ranks as the No. 1 Spanish-language Sports Network Last Week, Besting FOX Deportes and ESPN Deportes

Univision Deportes aired six LMX matches last week, including the most-viewed soccer match of the week across all networks with the America-Puebla match. This is the third consecutive week Univision Deportes has delivered the most-viewed soccer match across all networks.

The Univision broadcast of America-Puebla on Saturday at 6 p.m. delivered 1.2 million Total Viewers and 667,000 Adults 18-49, besting the NHL All Star Game on NBCSN among Adults 18-49. In addition, the America match out-delivered nine live NBA games on ESPN, TNT and NBA TV last week, all four NHL games on NBCSN as well as all sports programming for the week on CBS (College Basketball) and NBC (Figure Skating) among Adults 18-49.

UDN ranked as the No. 1 Spanish-language sports network in Total Day, out-delivering Fox Deportes and ESPN Deportes by 195% and 181%, respectively, among Total Viewers, and by 255% and 200%, respectively, among A18-49. UDN’s Leones Negros vs. Chivas match on Saturday ranked as the No. 1 Spanish-language cable telecast of the week, averaging 717,000 Total Viewers and 430,000 Adults 18-49.

LMX is averaging 319,000 Total Viewers and 190,000 Adults 18-49 per game on UDN this season, increases of +15% and +5% among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, respectively, vs. same time period during Clausura 2014 season.
