The four clubs agreed to play their series on Thursday and Sunday. America and Tigres will host the decisive game of each semifinal match.

The Mexican Apertura 2014 has entered its final stage, and this weekend four teams earned their place in the semi finals. Club América, Tigres, Toluca and Monterrey will be the four squads fighting for the title vacated by Leon.

After an interesting quarterfinal stage, America defeated historic rival Pumas for a place in the final four. Antonio Mohamed's men will face Monterrey, a team that managed to beat Atlas despite losing the first leg of their series. The other title contender will be defined by Tigres, who beat No. 7 seed Pachuca, and Toluca, that struggled to defeat Jaguares in both games.

America (1) vs Monterrey (6)

Despite not playing their best football, both America and Monterrey made it through the quarter finals and will try to continue their winning streak. America will try to repeat the regular season's score against Los Rayados, when they won 2-0 with goals by Pablo Aguilar and Oribe Peralta. Monterrey, on the other hand, will try to repeat their semifinal victories of 1993 and the Apertura 2009 against Las Aguilas.

First Leg: Thursday, December 4, 10:00 p.m. EST. Tecnologico Stadium, Monterrey, Mexico.

Second Leg: Sunday, December 7, 7:00 p.m. EST. Azteca Stadium, Mexico City, Mexico.

Tigres UANL (2) vs Toluca (4)

These two sides met during the final week of the regular season, with Tigres beating Toluca 2-1. With that victory, the team based in Monterrey earned the second seed in the playoffs, and managed to get a Copa Libertadores spot. Toluca will try to eliminate Tigres for the first time ever, given that every time they meet in the playoff stage, Tigres have advanced to the next round.

First Leg: Thursday, December 4, 8:00 p.m. EST, Nemesio Diez Stadium, Toluca, Mexico.

Second Leg: Sunday, December 7, 9:00 p.m. EST, Universitario Stadium, Monterrey, Mexico.
