Once again, Diego Armando Maradona is involved in a potential scandal. The former Argentinian player, considered one of soccer's best players of all time, has been exposed in a video where he allegedly hits his former fiancee Rocio Oliva.
The video shows Maradona sitting in a couch, with his ex-girlfriend recording his actions. Maradona then gets up, apparently drunk, and starts yelling at her because of her usage of a smartphone. Then, Maradona hits the girl twice, while she asks him to stop.

Maradona tried to defend himself with a journalist, explaining what happened before and after the recording.
"Yes, I hit her phone, but that was about it. I promise you that the issue started and ended right there. I know I did something wrong when I hit her phone, but I swear to you on my kids' life that I have never raised my hand against a woman before. It did not go any further, and that's it," Maradona said.
It is yet unclear if his former fiancee will accuse Maradona of domestic disturbance.
