After a disappointing showing against Juventus, Torres finally gave Milan fans something to cheer about on his first full debut for the club.

Earlier today, on-loan Chelsea striker Fernando Torres made his full debut for Milan, having featured in the Rossoneri's 1-0 loss to Juventus as a sub this weekend.

The 30-year-old endured a miserable spell at Stamford Bridge since making a massive £50 million switch from Liverpool in January 2011, and was the butt of many jokes due to his inability to find the back of the net.

So, now having put pen to paper on a long-term loan deal and moved to Italy, the Spanish international will be keen to prove his critics wrong and kick-start his career, which has lagged over the past couple of seasons.

His debut initially did not go as planned, as his new side found themselves 2-0 down early on to newly promoted outfit Empoli, but as the first half neared its conclusion, he brought the Rossoneri back into the game with an excellent header.
