Spain and Netherlands get geared up for one of the most highly anticipated 2014 World Cup group stage matches, a repeat of the 2010 final in South Africa which the defending champions won 1-0.

Last tournament's runners-up look to inflict revenge on FIFA's number one ranked team as the two European giants aim at claiming the group B top qualifying spot.

Louis van Gaal, who will be leaving his position as Dutch national team coach for Manchester United, revealed the starting eleven for Friday night's mouth-watering encounter, as did Vicente del Bousque.

Bayern Munich ace Arjen Robben takes up his place in Netherlands' attack, alongisde Red Devils striker Robin van Persie. In midfield, Nigel De Jong and Wesley Sneijder are the highest profile names.

La Furia Roja boss will rely on his Barcelona midfield trio of Xavi, Iniesta, and Busquets. Xabi Alonso and Silva also make the starting line-up whilst the goal-scoring burden will placed on the shoulders of Atletico Madrid striker, Diego Costa.
