Chicago Fire vs Sporting Kansas City Match Preview
Sporting Kansas City will be looking for their second straight road win when they travel to face the Chicago Fire at Toyota Park on Saturday.
Kansas have a 10 game road trip to open the season, and started it on a positive note with a 3-2 win at Chivas USA. Chicago also opened on the road last week and drew 1-1 at Western Conference Champion FC Dallas.
Mike Banner and Steven Kinney are ruled out with injury for the Fire, while Marko Maric and Bratislav Ristic are doubtful.
Kansas City will be without striker Kei Kamara and defender Shavar Thomas who are both away on international duty. Midfielder Ryan Smith is sidelined with knee inflammation, while Michael Harrington is questionable with a groin strain.
