Aston Villa vs Blackburn Rovers Match Preview
Aston Villa will face Blackburn Rovers in an FA Cup Fourth Round all-Premier League clash at Villa Park. Villa will be without striker Darren Bent who is cup-tied after playing for Sunderland in the Third Round of this competition, Emile Heskey is likely to take his place in the Villains attack.
Ciaran Clark, Fabian Delph and Kyle Walker could all return for Villa, while Luke Young and Stephen Ireland will be sidelined with injury.
Defender Curtis Davies will not play after leaving the club to join bitter rivals Birmingham City, while striker John Carew has left the club to join Stoke City on loan.
Blackburn defender Ryan Nelsen is out with a knee problem, but Rovers have a number of players eligible to return. Vice Grella, Keith Andrews and Steven Nzonzi could all be back after injury, while El Hadji-Diouf could return to the Rovers attack.
