SSV Jahn Turmfunk is an online radio station launched by fans of the German football club SSV Jahn Regensburg. The main goal of this online radio service was to provide coverage of all games where the team was involved, especially when there were no cheap options to follow the team’s performances. It was launched in 2013, following the team’s relegation to the third tier of German football.
Coverage of all games by SSV Jahn is spiced up by post-match coverage provided by the same group of commentators that were in charge of broadcasting the game. Added to that, the club has agreed to let some players join their broadcasts to boost their coverage of all games.
