Flamengo vs Botafogo - The team led by Tite shares the top spot in the league with RB Bragantino, but this time they will face one of the toughest rivals out there. Botafogo are third after two wins and a loss, and this clash could perfectly become the most relevant and exciting of the weekend. Flamengo have won four of their last five meetings against Botafogo, including a one-nil victory against the Fogao in Rio de Janeiro's state championship back in February.

Sao Paulo vs Palmeiras - The defending champions have not thrived in this year's edition of the Brazilian championship, and now they get to face Sao Paulo, one of the clubs with the slowest starts in the competition. There is no love between these two teams, especially since Sao Paulo defeated Palmeiras in the Supercopa Rei in February and went on to draw their match in the state championship last month. Palmeiras claimed a massive five-nil win back in October against Sao Paulo, which helped them in their quest to win the Brasileirao, and now that things are not going as planned for Abel Ferreira's men, repeating such a performance would be wonderful for their ego and for their fans.
