The Uruguayan striker scored a brace for Los Culés to keep them in contention for the top spot in Group F of the tournament.

The first half of the game between Barcelona and Inter predicted a night to forget for Los Blaugranas, but a proper adjustment by coach Ernesto Valverde, and Luis Suárez's accuracy helped the Spanish giants in their efforts to earn their first win of the 2019-20 UEFA Champions League.

The Uruguayan striker was spot-on in front of Inter's goal, giving fans their money's worth by scoring a crucial brace for the Blaugrana team. Suárez's first strike came when Barcelona needed it the most, as Inter seemed comfortable enough to make it to the end of the game without any problems. But if that was not enough, Suárez scored the game-winning goal with just six minutes left on the clock. Lionel Messi (who played his first full game of the season) assisted him in doing so with a clinical pass.

Even so, the main thing for Suárez is that he will now be able to focus on keeping his form, as this brace has seen his woeful form coming to an end in this competition.

With the team's somewhat shaky start of the season, having Suárez's goalscoring skills in full will surely do wonders for Barcelona. Unluckily for Inter, they were the ones that paid the price...
