It is difficult to decipher the exact emotion that was coursing through referee Howard Webb's person when Raheem Sterling, in the course of remonstrating an action or the lack thereof during Liverpool's 2-1 FA Cup loss to Arsenal, touched him.
One is thing is crystal clear, though – Mr. Webb was not in the least comfortable with the Liverpool winger touching his chest during the incident.
