The Bavarians have grown desperate in their efforts to sign the English striker, which has seen them take extreme measures on this issue.

The final chapters of Harry Kane's transfer saga could be taking place tonight, as Bayern have made a final effort to lure him to Allianz Arena as a direct request by coach Thomas Tuchel.

A new report by Talksport states that Bayern are apparently tired of Tottenham's negotiation tactics, which has pushed them to set a deadline to see the deal go through. The deadline set by the Bavarians will come by midnight tonight, leaving almost no room for negotiation of further terms.

The article by Talksport states that Bayern have finally offered a bit over $100M for the player's services, which should meet Daniel Levy's asking price for the footballer. Nevertheless, sources consulted by Talksport add that Levy was also keen to include add-ons to that deal, which would take Kane's price higher, something Bayern are not willing to accept.

Earlier this week, Tottenham and coach Ange Postecoglou established August 13 as the deadline to see Kane leave the club. Bayern's reply came by setting their own deadline to have Kane joining them in the Bundesliga, thinking that they should have other options in case they can't hire the Englishman.

Now, it seems that Tottenham will be facing a dilemma, since Kane is not interested in extending his deal beyond this season, which would see him joining any team he wants as a free agent next summer. So, if they fail to accept this bid, they would be forced to keep using an unhappy footballer who wants to leave, with apparently no chance of twisting his arm to sign a new contract.
