El Tri and La Roja face each other in what should be quite an entertaining match before the start of this year's Copa América. Follow it with our detailed broadcast guide.

With the beginning of Copa América Centenario just four days away, Mexco and Chile will meet in an interesting friendly match in San Diego. For El Tri, this will be a good chance to boost their ego prior to the start of the competition, while the Chilean team tries to rise from the ashes after an embarrassing home loss against Jamaica.

Mexico is included in Group C, where they will try to win a spot in the knockout stage facing Jamaica, Uruguay and Venezuela. The Chileans were paired up against Argentina, Bolivia and Panama, but given their recent form, things could escalate quickly for them if they can't improve what they've done lately.

Mexico's form

El Tri seems to have hit the nail on its head after appointing coach Juan Carlos Osorio back in October. Not only the Colombian manager has won each game he's coached for El Tri, but the team has also performed superbly in defense, keeping a clean sheet in every match with Osorio at the helm.

Nevertheless, Mexico's strikers will want to improve their numbers, considering the amount of goal scoring options the team generates in all of its games. Particularly, Javier Hernández will be eager to score more goals, considering he's three goals away from becoming El Tri's all-time top scorer.

"Chicharito" could break Jared Borgetti's record of 46 goals with Mexico this summer.

Chile's form

Jorge Sampaoli left Chile's coaching spot last year, following a series of misunderstandings with his bosses. Since Juan Antonio Pizzi's appointment as new coach, La Roja has only won one game, losing three and drawing one more. Their latest loss against Jamaica raised a few eyebrows among fans, considering the Reggae Boyz are far from being considered one of the top teams in the continent.

The good news for Chile will be provided by Arturo Vidal and Claudio Bravo, who will surely reclaim their spots in the starting lineup. Both of these players were crowned as champions with Bayern and Barcelona, and their leadership and experience will be crucial to help Chile dream about winning back-to-back Copa América titles.

Vidal celebrates a goal against Venezuela during a World Cup Qualifying match back in March.
