Borussia Dortmund’s CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke, released an interview in which he warns BVB’s supporters for the next season, that will see Klopp’s side without Robert Lewandowski.

The chief stated:

“I would caution against the idea that we will be able to replace him completely […]There are only two or three players of his quality in the world and we can't afford them.”

The Polish talent, set to leave Borussia next year to join Guardiola’s Bayern Munich, has been extremely important to the team’s achievements and has played a central role in every competition he played in.

Meanwhile, Dortmund are looking for a suitable replacement of the striker, to play alongside Aubameyang. Ciro Immobile, Torino’s wonder-striker and top-scorer in Serie A, seems to be of great interest to BVB, who sent their representatives to Turin on Sunday to seriously discuss the young Italian’s transfer.
