The English footballer is still pushing for an exit away from Tottenham, but the team he has chosen is unwilling to pay over 100M for his services.

Life at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has become unbearable for Harry Kane, but his options to leave Spurs have been limited by the team's decision not to transfer him to a Premier League side.

With that in mind, and given Real Madrid's decision not to pursue his signing, the footballer has gotten in touch with another of his suitors to ask them to negotiate his exit from the EPL to their league.

The club in question is none other than Bayern München, who have shown interest in the player ever since they found out he was not keen on extending his contract with Tottenham. The German club sees Kane as the proper replacement for Robert Lewandowski, having spent one season struggling up front due to the Polish footballer's exit.

Despite their desire to have Kane around, the major issue to see this transfer taking place is Tottenham's asking price. Chairman Daniel Levy has ben adamant on this issue, stating that Kane will not leave unless a team comes up with over $100M. Recent reports state that Bayern would be inclined to offer a bit over $80M, but it remains to be seen if Tottenham will agree to that bid.

An article by Sky Sports adds that Kane would make himself available immediately and that he has already agreed to stick to the Bavarians' wage policy, but right now, the ball seems to be on Tottenham's corner to earn some money out of a deal for Kane or risk losing him as a free agent next summer.
