Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made an initial attempt to price away Achraf Hakimi from Inter Milan. The 22-year-old Moroccan international is said to be the primary target of the Les Parisian in their bid to finally find a dependable man for the role.
Following two stellar loan spells at Borussia Dortmund, Achraf was sold to Inter Milan last summer for a meagre fee of 40 million euros by Real Madrid. The full-back's steady rise to prominence in European football has continued and, in the just-ended season, he was instrumental in the Nerazzurri snatching the Scudetto away from Juventus. In the campaign, he managed seven goals and eight assists in 44 appearances across all competitions to compliment his remarkable defensive acumen.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Inter Milan value the young full-back over 60 million euros and they could be forced to cash in on him should any club meet their asking price. Big-spenders PSG have emerged as favorites in the race and are keen on securing the service of the player. It is believed that Real Madrid have a first-refusal on him and could explore the possibility of bringing their former academy star back to the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid have a right of first refusal for Hakimi - they can match any offer but there's no contact from Real board as of today.
However, Inter Milan's asking price could deter the former La Liga title holders from opening talks for Achraf. The club are currently in financial crisis but could use the service of the full-back having been faced with a number of challenges in the right-back role with recurring injuries to Dani Carvajal and the under-whelming showing by Odriozola.
