This deal marks the return of European football to Sky Sports for the first time since 2015, when it lost those rights to TNT Sports (formerly known as BT Sport).

Sky Sports has acquired exclusive UEFA Conference League broadcast rights in the United Kingdom for four seasons starting in 2027. Thanks to this deal, fans in the UK can watch and stream all 153 UEFA Conference League matches per season live on Sky Sports from the 2027-28 to the 2030-31 seasons.
The scope of Sky Sports’ Conference League coverage includes live match broadcasts, as well as additional content such as replays, extensive highlights, and more.

British pay-TV broadcaster Sky Sports has secured a broadcasting deal with the Premier League, set to commence in the 2025/26 season and extend through to 2028/29. This four-year deal enables Sky Sports to air at least 215 Premier League matches each season, significantly increasing its football coverage.

Sky has secured linear and digital EFL media rights in the UK from 2024 to 2029 in a deal worth approximately $1.2 billion (£935 million). As per its long-term deal with the EFL, the commercial broadcaster covers 1,059 out of 1,891 EFL matches, including 328 Championship games, 248 League One ties, 248 League Two matches, all 15 promotion play-off ties, all 127 EFL Trophy games, and all 93 Carabao Cup games.

Sky has extended its Women’s Super League broadcast rights deal in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, securing the rights to 90 percent of WSL games each season for five years, from 2025-26 through 2029-30.
As a result, WSL fans in the UK and the Republic of Ireland can watch 118 Women’s Super League games per season live on Sky and the Sky Sports channels, with 78 of those fixtures exclusive to the pay-TV broadcaster.

Sky TV is the United Kingdom’s official pay-TV broadcaster of the Baller League UK regional competition. This comes as a result of a contract renewal between the broadcaster and the Baller League, the six-a-side soccer competition, with the deal agreed upon and coverage commencing in mid-March 2026.
Under this agreement, UK viewers can watch every weekly game from the Baller League UK regional competition live on Sky Sports’ linear networks, as well as on Now (formerly Now TV), the Sky-owned over-the-top subscription streaming television service.

Fans in the UK and Ireland can watch clips and highlights from the Saudi Pro League on Sky Sports after the UK pay-TV broadcaster acquired the rights for the 2025-26 season. Under this agreement, Sky Sports viewers can watch game highlights from each round, live in-game action, and the best moments from each matchday.

2024-2029
Sky Sports has the rights to show up to 60 Scottish Premiership matches each season after agreeing to a new seven-year deal with the SPFL in 2022 until the end of the 2028-29 season.
The deal, which is said to be worth around £150m, means that at least one match from each game week will be down on the pay-TV platform in the UK and Ireland.

Sky Go Extra was launched in 2013 in the United Kingdom and is an upgraded version of Sky’s exclusive streaming platform, Sky Go.Sky Go Extra works as an add-on to Sky Go, which can be activated by Sky customers through the Sky Go website and/or the Sky Go app, which can be downloaded for free onto iOS and Android devices.
While Sky Go is free for all Sky subscribers, Sky Go Extra does come at an additional cost. The service provides users with some additional perks, and in the past, these have included the ability to stream Sky TV on up to four devices, the ability to download content to watch at a later date, and the ability to watch Sky Go on PlayStation and Xbox.
Via Sky Go Extra, users are able to live stream all of the Sky Sports channels, which provide users with coverage of elite sporting action. As far as live football is concerned, this has previously included Premier League and UEFA Champions League matches.
