The World Cup winner with Argentina will leave Brighton this summer, with three potential destinations in sight.

One of the most appreciated midfielders in the Premier League could be set to look for pastures new, as offers for his services will come flying for the footballer in coming months.

The man in question is Alexis Mac Allister, who had a massive season with Brighton and, to put a cherry on top, he lifted the FIFA World Cup title with Argentina last winter.

The Seagulls are aware of this situation, which will see Roberto de Zerbi's team parting ways with the footballer. As of now, Mac Allister has been given a $42M valuation, which should not scare some of his bidders away. Nevertheless, the bidding war for the Argentine could see Brighton asking for a $70M transfer fee.

The player's value and skills on the pitch have attracted the interest of several Premier League clubs. According to reports coming in from England have identified three potential destinations for the midfielder: Newcastle, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

Out of these clubs, it seems that the club with the best shot at landing his services would be Newcastle, due to their financial muscle and with the team ready to play in the UEFA Champions League next season. Manchester United may also be involved in that tournament, but before they can try to sign the player, they will need to part ways with some of their midfielders. Added to that, the team's new owners would need to sanction the deal before there are any moves for the South American footballer.

The other team that has shown interest in Mac Allister's services is Liverpool. The Reds are also expected to experience a massive overhaul, and Mac Allister's arrival would be a good addition. Nevertheless, the team will need to secure European football for next season to try and attract the player, otherwise their options to hire him will decrease.
