Six-year-old Max is a big Everton fan and, having had his right leg amputated at just seven weeks old, he is now hoping to play amputee football for England. He has different designs for his prosthetic leg, but didn't have an Everton one. until Dominic Calvert-Lewin decided to surprise him and help create one! Max also received a free Season Ticket as part of the Club's Side By Side campaign: evertonfc. We'll offer fans real insight into life at Goodison Park, USM Finch Farm and on the road with the Blues.
