Relatively, the Magpies will be eager to add more insult to the injury of the of the London club by extending their unbeaten run in the league to nine. The St James' outfit are currently on a five-game winning run.
West Ham's bid for a Champions League place is still alive and the Hammers will keep the momentum going by targeting a win when they host Aston Villa. David Moyes' men have been playing some of their finest football in recent years this season but will approach the match on the back of a three-game losing run. On the opposite side, Villa will have their eyes set on a four consecutive Premier League win when they travel to London Stadium. Under Steven Gerrard, the clarets have been reborn and are well within range of finishing the league with a Europa League or Conference League qualification ticket.
High-flying Arsenal are set to welcome Leicester City to the Emirates as their bid for a top four place grows with each passing gamewek. With Mikel Arteta retaining belief in their youthful set-up, the Gunners have managed to turn their season around, and even with three matches in hand, sit a point ahead of Manchester United in fourth. Against the Foxes, the North London club will be aiming to secure its fifth successive league win, while the former also chases the same feat.
