Earlier this week, Arsene Wenger stated that fans would decide his future. Well, Arsenal fans have spoken, and a fraction of them have voiced their discomfort in a protest outside Emirates Stadium.
Before the game began, a number of fans marched in front of the venue with signs, including one that read "Wexit", in clear reference to the well-known "Brexit" that will see England leaving the European Union.
Wenger's contract ends by the end of the season, and fans are increasingly annoyed by the team's lack of success for the past 13 years, the period of time in which Arsenal hasn't been able to win the EPL.
Have a look at their protests from earlier today.
There is a banner that says 'Wexit'. This is not a drill. pic.twitter.com/WLpWox21e6
