Portugal will begin their UEFA Euro 2016 campaign on June 14, facing Group F opponents Iceland, Austria, and Hungary.
The Portuguese lads will go head-to-head against Estonia in their final Euro warm-up before the top-flight tournament begins on June 10.
After Ronaldo scored the winning penalty to give Real Madrid Champions League glory, speculation occurred surrounding his fitness. However, boss Santos has shrugged off fitness concerns for the three-time Ballon D'Or winner.
The 31-year-old striker missed last week's narrow 1-0 loss to England, but will most likely start in Lisbon on Wednesday. Portugal will be looking to gain confidence before heading into this summer competition.
Speaking to a general press conference, Fernando Santos revealed Portugal's ace is very determined and in top condition to help his side clinch the glorious European title.
"He is very well physically, mentally and regarding morale.
"You will see it in the game [on Wednesday]. He is in the same condition as any other player.
"He is really motivated, he was extremely motivated to win the Champions League, and he is even more so now because the European title is his ambition. He is ready to take Portugal to such an important success."
Ronaldo has made 125 appearances, scoring 56 goals for his national side.
Portugal's first Euro 2016 challenge will be against Iceland at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium in Marseille, France.
