“Since stepping into retirement I have had the opportunity to reflect on my time as a football manager, and to consider the reasons behind my success,” Ferguson said.

The English manager paired up with Sir Michael Moritz for this venture. Among the things Ferguson currently does, is teach a course at Harvard Business School. The book is entitled, "Leading."
“It has been a new experience for me to be looking into the past rather than planning for the future, but one I have found enjoyable and rewarding,” he said.
