The Premier League giants risk playing without their lethal attacker Diego Costa after picking up a knock against Everton at the Stamford Bridge.
This comes just a few weeks after Eden Hazard picked up an injury while on duty for the Blues. The defending champions could also miss the services of Loic Remy and Radamel Falcao who are both injured.
Costa was replaced by Remy in the 80th minute of the game and the club officially confirmed that indeed, he had picked up a shin injury. With the biting injury crisis at the club, the Blues could be forced to sign more attackers before the January transfer window closes. They have already been linked with a move for Brazilian forward Alexandre Pato, who plays for Corinthians.
