Competitions available on ESPN2 Brazil
ESPN is the official broadcaster of the UEFA Europa League in Latin America, including Brazil, after securing the rights to Europe’s second-tier club competition with a four-year deal. This agreement extends the network’s previous UEL rights package through the 2027-28, 2028-29, 2029-30, and 2030-31 seasons, with the previous deal ending in 2026-27.
ESPN Latin America is the official UEFA Nations League broadcaster in 16 territories in South and Central America.
Fans can watch select live Nations League matches each matchweek with Spanish-language commentary in the following countries: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Suriname and Venezuela.
ESPN has renewed its exclusive UEFA Conference League broadcast rights in Latin America, including Brazil, for the 2027 to 2031 TV cycle.
This means fans across Latin America can watch UEFA Conference League games live and exclusively on ESPN, while viewers who prefer to stream the Conference League will need the Disney+ streaming app.
ESPN has secured the exclusive Premier League broadcast rights in Latin America for the 2025-26 to 2027-28 seasons, with this extension covering Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Live coverage for all 380 matches per season is available on the video-on-demand OTT (over-the-top) streaming service Disney+.
ESPN maintains non-exclusive multimedia LaLiga broadcast rights in Latin America until 2026, following a multi-year extension. This long-term TV contract covers Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The pay-TV provider exclusively covers up to five LaLiga matches per round and shares coverage with fellow commercial broadcaster DirecTV.

The broadcaster has the rights to show all 380 Italian Serie A matches live across its linear network, including ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN 3, ESPN Brasil and their streaming service, Disney+, until the end of the 2026-27 season.
All Italian Serie A matches in Latin America are broadcast live with Spanish-language commentary, and all matches can also be caught on-demand online or via recap through a dedicated Serie A highlights show.
The Liga Portugal Betclic is aired live on ESPN Brasil. Five games are broadcast each matchday and are available for live and on-demand streaming, along with comprehensive highlights. Disney’s sports network, which owns ESPN Brasil, has five games per round between linear pay-TV and Disney+. ESPN Latinoamérica holds the broadcast rights for the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) in Latin America from 2024 to 2027, with games on its television channels and Disney+. The network airs 20 regular-season matches, along with three postseason games, one of which may include the NWSL final.
NWSL matches on ESPN Latinoamérica are available both live and on-demand via Disney+, where replays are uploaded two hours after the original broadcast.

ESPN is the Brazilian sister channel for ESPN. It is owned by the Walt Disney Company and by Hearst Communications, who launched the channel in 1989. The Brazilian version of the U.S-based network has operated four channels (ESPN Brasil, ESPN, ESPN 2 and ESPN Extra), and one streaming service comprising all of their TV feeds.

ESPN started out as a SD channel back in the day. Nevertheless, an HD feed of this channel was made available for users since March 2011. A downscaled version of this feed is available for users who are not able to watch the HD feed.
