WPVI-TV, also popular as 6 ABC, is a regional US TV channel licensed to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The English-language channel is owned by ABC, Inc. It was originally owned by American businessman Walter Annenberg and over the years, it has undergone multiple ownership changes. It first aired as WFIL-TV in 1947 and it is the second oldest TV channel in Philadelphia. Its station is located on City Line Avenue in Philadelphia.
WPVI-TV primarily serves Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware, but it is also available in other parts of the US via satellite and cable. The channel is branded as 6 ABC since it is available on channel 6 via VHF and PSIP. WPVI-TV is available on the following cable networks:
