The Premier League returns to action with many points to cover, including the battle between the three top-ranked teams and more games where those fighting for European competitions will leave everything out there.
In what could be a key weekend for the title race, all three teams will have to play away from their homes, leaving everything up in the air despite facing teams that are way behind them. The toughest of these games will feature Liverpool against Manchester United, one game that delivered one of the greatest fixtures of the season in their FA Cup clash.
The battle for the remaining spots in European competitions will also deliver interesting fixtures, with Wolverhampton and West Ham ready to fight for every inch in their clash. Tottenham and Newcastle will also have stellar matches to keep track of, although Spurs may have it a bit easier since they will be playing at home.
When it comes to the relegation battle, Nottingham are one point away from getting Everton very much involved in the drop zone, with Luton and Burnley seeing their chances to stay afloat fading away. Added to that, Sheffield's poor performance could see them being dropped soon, especially if they are unable to find a way out of their current slump.

Despite what most may think, this will not be a walk in the park for Guardiola's men, as their first match of the season against Crystal Palace ended 2-2 at the Etihad back in December.
